I didn’t feel comfortable within my own body. I thought I was too fat, not sporty enough (probably because I didn’t do any sports) and because of all this, my psyche didn’t feel quite well, too. Getting coaching from Cat about this (and she is kind of an expert in communicating and negotiating with the own body) I could report my results within the next week: not looking into the mirror while I was turned sidewards and not judging but accepting my belly helped and made me feel a lot better. I am more in contact with my body-voice now, more noticing its needs and by this, I am feeling more vital. Additionally, I lost two pounds. The most important fact is the feeling: I am not at war with my belly anymore but am learning to communicate with it. We created more like cooperation to support my being. That is a great experience.
