Cat has the amazing ability to identify, with laser precision, the possible reasons for limiting beliefs and anxieties. She helped me identify that my anxiety and stress were coming from timeframes around certain goals, goals I had unwittingly placed unrealistic timelines on. I realized I had the ability to revise them and create a less stressful agenda and reach full success. Coaching with Cat transformed my life in many ways. I felt different each time I got off the phone with her - lighter, uplifted, more clear, and able to accomplish things with flow and ease. My own coaching improved dramatically in the 3 years we worked together. I started working with Cat at a time of major transition in my life – my marriage had recently ended, I left a toxic workplace for a new job, and my mother had passed away six months prior. Our coaching started off with a “VIP Day” (or as I like to call it, a VI-Me Day!) where we explored what I wanted to accomplish through coaching, I created a Vision Board, and Cat helped me do a deep dive to explore what holds me back as well as my greatest strengths and characteristics.

About a month into our work together, Cat led me through a visualization that was truly cathartic. Although my mother had passed away over six months prior, I had not been able to grieve her death, much less just think about her, without having an anxiety attack. With Cat’s loving, gentle guidance, I was able, through the visualization, to say goodbye to my mom and finally embrace and release my grief. I am forever grateful to Cat for creating the safe space I needed to process my sorrow and transform it into loving memories.

I didn't feel comfortable within my own body. I thought I was too fat, not sporty enough (probably because I didn't do any sports) and because of all this, my psyche didn't feel quite well, too. Getting coaching from Cat about this (and she is kind of an expert in communicating and negotiating with the own body) I could report my results within the next week: not looking into the mirror while I was turned sidewards and not judging but accepting my belly helped and made me feel a lot better. I am more in contact with my body-voice now, more noticing its needs and by this, I am feeling more vital. Additionally, I lost two pounds. The most important fact is the feeling: I am not at war with my belly anymore but am learning to communicate with it. We created more like cooperation to support my being. That is a great experience.

At every opportunity, Cat upholds a respectful space for growth and transformation. Her energy and encouragement create a sense of belief in self like none I have encountered before and it was not my expectation through participating in an online virtual classroom that I would find this.
