Who Am I?
I am a leadership coach, speaker, and author with more than two decades of experience guiding leaders through growth, transition, and reinvention.
My work sits at the intersection of emotional intelligence, conscious leadership, and lived experience — helping leaders integrate who they are with how they lead.
Over the course of my career, I’ve coached executives, founders, and organizations across the U.S. and internationally, supporting leadership development within global companies, creative institutions, and entrepreneurial environments. I was among the earliest coaches certified through The Coaches Training Institute and have since trained and mentored more than a thousand coaches worldwide.
But credentials aren’t what define my work.
